New to White Rock, we once bought, without our own agent, a “view” home thinking the location was very stable for years to come. Neither the sellers, nor their agent, told us differently. We didn’t have our own agent representing us – so we had no one investigating the “back-story” – and we thought using the listing agent could save us some money. We then found out while in final negotiations, thru a fluky Internet search, that the location would be dramatically changing very soon. Luckily we were able to get out of the deal, and just shortly afterwards we met Am. Am then became our agent, worked closely with us to find us the best view home in White Rock and we love it and the view!
